SHIPPING

Kinoko sends all purchased goods via Australia Post based on size and weight. Generally we send goods by normal parcel post unless you specifically request for it to be Express Posted. 

COSPLAY

Cosplay products are made to order so please double check the measurements before placing the order and allow up to 10 days for your cosplay to be made. We will keep you personally informed via email if any issues or delays are foreseen. 

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Kinoko strives to import the various Anime products which you, our customers are looking for. However if you are searching for a specific item and cannot find it please send us the details via email at annalise@kinokoimports.com.au and we will see if we can source it for you.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

Kinoko values your privacy at all times. We only use secure payment methods, and all correspondence from you to us including any shipping addresses is treated with the utmost care and will not be disclosed to any third party.
